Her passion for travel, art and architecture, as well as her natural reflex to improve the living environment of everyone, make her a very complete designer on a communicative and creative level. Today, she dedicates her career to helping her clients build, renovate, expand or refresh their property, while maintaining a balance between their personal tastes and new trends. Her concern is the arrangement of textures, colors, materials and lighting in a functional and living space. Communication and her availability with her clients is key to the success of her projects. OUR SERVICES Are you planning to build your dream home, undertake a complete renovation of your residence or revitalize a specific room in your home? We are here to help you make your aspirations a reality. Our team of experts, bringing together all the necessary trades, will be able to support you at each stage of your project, from its design to its completion. OUR PROCESS 01 FIRST CONTACT Telephone discussion Analysis of the client's project Make an appointment 02 HOME CONSULTATION Detailed discussion of the project between the designer and the client Submit the quote within 48 hours. Approval and signing of the contract 03 MEASUREMENTS Measurements of the entire space to be renovated (for smaller projects, this section can be done at the consultation) 04 THE DESIGN Space planning and assessment Detailed technical plans and modeling Send in submissions to the relevant suppliers 05 CONSTRUCTION SITE MONITORING | EXTRA Travel to the construction site Shopping to confirm all purchases (tiles, plumbing, flooring, etc.) Furniture and accessories shopping EXAMPLE PROJECT A FLUID AND TRANSPARENT PROCESS 1. First Contact Telephone discussion about the clients project. Make an appointment for the home consultation. 2. In-home consultation ($350 for 2 hours) + Detailed quote (within 48 hours following the consultation) During this initial meeting, we take the time to discuss your needs, ideas and budget. We also visit your space to assess its potential. Within 48 hours of our meeting, you will receive a detailed quote which will include all of the services we offer, the associated costs and the estimated project schedule. 3. Taking accurate measurements (after acceptance of quote) This crucial step consists of carefully measuring the dimensions of the entire space to be renovated. This will allow us to develop precise and realistic technical plans that perfectly reflect the configuration of your space. 4. Meticulous design and planning & Final project delivery (5-6 weeks, depending on the scale of the project) If you decide to proceed with us, we will move on to the design and planning stage. This involves developing precise technical plans, creating realistic 3D renderings, carefully selecting materials and finding furniture and accessories that perfectly match your style and budget. Once the design and planning phase is complete, we will provide you with a complete file including all plans, renderings and technical specifications. This file will allow you to visualize your final project in every detail and to communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for its completion. 5. Site visits & final shopping (Your peace of mind, our priority) We are committed to respecting your needs and adapting our frequency of site visits accordingly. We select finishing materials and products with the greatest attention to detail, taking into account your tastes, your budget and the technical constraints of the project.
